It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the accommodation unit assigned to you. If this rule is violated, an additional €300 charge will apply for extra cleaning of bedspreads, duvets, curtains, blackouts, and air conditioning.
Moreover, the cost corresponding to the days of stay may be charged if the unit becomes unsellable due to this violation.
Non-compliance may also incur a fine between €150 and €500, according to Article 46(b) of Decree-Law No. 39/2008 and Law No. 37/2007, in their current version.
